Lolano Stencils: We hand draw and machine cute all stencils to fit the basic stencil genie. They are cut on a food safe plastic 4m film sheet. THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. PLEASE HAND WASH AND PAT DRY.
Lolano Cookie Cutters: We print our cutters on a 3D printer, using a high quality food safe PLA filament. Our cookie cutters are made to be hand washed with warm soapy water. THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. These babies will warp if you decide to do so.
Lolano Cookie Cutters are printed in white, and they come with stepped edge for a clean cut on your dough. The base of the cutters are thick to support the pressure of pushing the through cold or frozen dough.
All stencils and cutters are cut/printed as they are ordered. We do keep a vey low stock on hand also.
We do ship to USPS First Class mail as well international.

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and yes we can make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, please do not hesitate to reach out!
Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?
E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.
what’s the best way to insurance the sizing of cutter is what I have in mind?
All of our cutters are measured from the longest point either vertically or horizontally. Long thin cutters will look smaller than more “chubby” cutters even though they both measure the same size. Remember to have a ruler in hand before ordering!
Are these stamp cookie cutters? Will they leave an impression on my cookie dough?
No. Unlike "Cookie Stamps", our cutters are an "Outline Edge" cookie cutter and will only cut out the outline shape of the design, unless a "stamp" is included in the product description.
