FAQS

Frequently asked questions
Q: Are Lolano Cookie Cutters a "Cookie Stamp" cutter? Will there be an impression of the design on the cookie dough?

A: No. Unlike "Cookie Stamps", our cutters are an "Outline Edge" cookie cutter and will only cut out the outline shape of the design, unless a "stamp" is included in the product description.

Q: Are Lolano Cookie Cutters oven safe?

A: No. Our cookie cutters are printed with food safe PLA and will melt in hot temperatures. It is best to hand wash them in cool soapy water.

Q: Does Lolano Cookie Cutters offer custom designed cutters?

A: Yassss! If you would like a custom cookie cutter send me a message using the "Custom Cutter" listing and I would be more than happy to see what I can do to help!

Q: Are Lolano Cookie Cutters made out of metal?

A: No. Lolano Cookie Cutters are created on a 3D printer that you can use with cookie dough, fondant, or clay like materials.

A: Your cutter(s) are printed for your specific order and because of that we can’t accept exchanges or issue refunds. ❤️

Please NOTE. Lolano Cookie Cutters are not "Stamp" style cookie cutters. They are "Outside Edge" only.

1. There will be an image on your receipt of the cutter purchased.
2. On your digital receipt it also provides itemized list of what was purchased and an image.
